Our booked Gulet Cruise was cancelled as a storm was forecast so we hired a car instead to explore the island with R and T. Little bits of walking but more than outweighed by an excellent lunch at a little taverna in Athani where more & more food just kept on coming! Owner's sister's spinach pie , perfectly cooked fresh sea bream and decadent tasting greek yoghurt with herby honey to finish.The storm arrived in the evening - torrential rain with thunder & lightning.
