Had about an hour of walking today at a sunny hengistbury head whilst husband & fabulous in laws fished. Hope they have caught something to BBQ on the beach now!

Pseudo Exercise = anything active that doesn't really merit a "proper" exercise label e.g. boogying, housework.
Rants = Kind of self explainatory! Used to get stuff off my chest & are often self indulgent twaddle.
Ramblings = Like rants but not cross!
Injury = Sulking about injuries incurred (more self indulgent twaddle)
