I had my first Street Dance class tonight - I can't believe how much we had to remember in order to get through 1 little chunk of a Pussycat Dolls track! I think I enjoyed it - went with V after work. I don't think dance was what I was doing - I was desparately trying to do vaguely the right thing in the right place. V on the other hand - well, she does do a lot of dancing - Street is her dance fix during her normal Dance School's holidays. Will be returning next week to shimmy, spin and try not to fall over my feet!
Gym last night - did 5K in 28:08 on the treadmill which I was chuffed with. 20 mins on the x trainer as well.
